After the high-octane drama that ensued between Karan, Abha and Sanskar, Karan finally announces that it is time to take a final decision.
In the Sep 8 episode of Yahaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli on Zee TV, Karan turns to Sanskar and asks him whom he wants to marry. Sanskar at first utters the word Abha but then turns to her and apologizes for not being able to fulfill her wish of marrying him. He adds that Abha is his past and that he only wants to marry Sania.
Sanskar's manipulative words shock Abha. Karan turns to her and asks her what she wants. Abha recollects Sania's admission that she has maintained physical relations with Sanskar. She realizes Sania not marrying Sanskar will ruin her life. In an unexpected turn in the episode, Abha says that she does not wish that Sanskar and Sania should be married as she loves Sanskar.
Everyone present is taken aback. Chandra Prabha walks up to her and asks her to regain her senses. She says that she knows she is lying to Karan. Chandra Prabha advises to her at least not lie and ruin her life if she cannot reveal the truth.
Karan's disgust reaches its peak and he holds her by his hand and pushes her aside. He firmly tells Abha that he will see to it that Sanskar and Sania get married. He announces that he is freeing her of all bonds and relationships with the house and the family. Saying so, he asserts that Abha should leave the house immediately.
Sanskar looks on happy that his plans to separate Karan and Abha have succeeded.
Before leaving Abha prays to the Gods in the puja ghar. She turns to the family members and seeks her forgiveness for any wrongs she may have committed to them.
Dadi, Jagmohan and Veer get emotional while Shelly and Vimal are elated.
Abha steps out of the house while a distraught Karan looks on.
Karan takes pheras around the fire with Abha to symbolically end the relationship that had started in a similar manner.
A distraught Abha tries to stop him but in vain. In the Sep 7 episode of Yahaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli on Zee TV, Dadi manages to stop Karan and slaps him saying that his act is wrong.
But Karan flares up and says that he wants to correct his wrong and throws Abha into Sanskar's arms. Abha pleads to him that Sanskar is lying and wants to separate them.
Unable to bear the tension, Sania falls down unconscious. Sanskar rushes to her aid. He stops Abha from coming closer and blames her for Sania's state.
Karan too holds Abha responsible for changing the equations in all relationships. Hearing Karan repeatedly humiliate Abha, Thakur Saab asks Abha to leave the house and come with them.
Abha is shocked to hear this and says that Swarn Bhavan is her only home. Karan takes a firm view and asks Abha to leave the house.
Chandra Prabha intervenes and tries to talk to Karan but he does not pay heed.
Meanwhile, Sania regains consciousness and cries in Sanskar's arms. Sanskar provokes her further saying that their love will never be accepted and recognized. Saying so, he hands over a bottle of poison to her and says that they should end their life. Traumatized by the turn of events, Sania decides to consume poison while Sanskar sneaks out of the room.
Karan asks him about Sania's condition to which he says that she is completely shattered. Abha rushes to Sania's room but finds it locked. She calls out to Karan who breaks open the door only to find Sania about to consume poison.
Karan manages to stop her and embraces her. He stops Abha and the rest of the family from entering the room.
Chandra Prabha assures Abha that talking to Karan and making him understand the situation will help. Karan hears them and declares that there will be no more discussion on the topic. He announces that it is the time to take a final decision.
Abha is shaken hearing Karan's stern words.
Abha manages to reveal to the family the true face of Sanskar. However, Sanskar deceitfully turns the tables on Abha and declares that it is Abha who still loves him.
In the Sep 6 episode of Yahaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli on Zee TV, Sanskar shows everyone the letters Abha had written to him. Thinking that it was Karan who was writing letters to him all along, Abha had replied to each of the letters.
Abha refutes Sanskar's allegations. Karan too stands up for Abha and accuses Sanskar of defaming her.
Sanskar then shows Karan the mobile phone that Abha had bought for him. He shows him the SMSes and missed calls that Abha had made to him.
Angrily, Karan throws away the phone. Shelly takes the opportunity and picks up the phone. She starts reading out the SMSes.
When read out of context, most of the SMSes seem as if Abha was in love with Sanskar and wanted to separate him from Sania. However, Abha always meant to separate Sania and Sanskar as she knew that Sanskar was a cheat.
Shelly acts disgusted with the messages and says that she cannot read further. Sheetal grabs the phone from her hand and starts reading aloud. One of the messages ends with ‘I Love You'.
Karan throws a fit hearing this and angrily questions Abha. Abha pleads that Sanskar was trapping her and that he was making up stories. But Karan is in no mood to listen and says that all evidence was against her.
Thakur Saab takes center stage and emphatically narrates the sequence of events that led to Abha and Karan's marriage. He stresses how Abha had done everything possible only to be united with Karan. Saying so, he gives Sanskar a tight slap and thunders that he trusts his daughter. He taunts Sanskar for being raised without moral values as his parents died early in his childhood.
Abha gathers strength hearing her father's words and answers back Sanskar. She says that she can face all calamities in the world if Karan trusts her.
Saying so, she turns to Karan but is disappointed with the look in his eyes.
The turn of events has not gone down well with him. Karan says that he has lost all trust in Abha any more and wants to end his relationship with him forever.
In a fit of anger, he pulls a curtain down and ignites it with a lamp lit before an idol. He drags Abha and takes pheras around the fire to symbolically end the relationship that had started in a similar manner.
A distraught Abha tries to stop Karan as the helpless family looks on.
