In the previous episode, Abha and Archana decided to go River Shipra to collect water in the clay pot.

The doctor believes that Karan's health would improve as Manav had donated blood to him. Concerned about Tejaswini, Manav enquires with the doctor about her.

The doctor replies that they found an unidentified dead body and Manav could go and check whether the girl was his daughter. With a heavy heart, Manav goes to the morgue.

Meanwhile, Abha and Archana collect water in the clay pot and rush to the temple. The pundit of the temple does not allow Archana and Abha to bathe Goddess Durga's idol as only the pundits were permitted to do so.

Archana states that every individual was allowed to worship the Goddess. Abha adds that no one could stop them for saving their family. The duo bathes the idol of the Goddess and decorates it. After doing the needful, Abha and Archana pray in front of the idol.

Manav breathes a sigh of relief when he learns that the dead body was not Tejaswini.  

Archana gets a call from Manav and asks whether she found Tejaswini. Archana believes that soon Tejaswini would be with them. 

Karan's friend, inspector Pankaj comes to Swarn Bhavan to congratulate the family for celebrating the Swarn Mahotsav. Just then, Pankaj gets a call and learns about accident and decides to leave. Before leaving, Pankaj informs the Prasads about the accident near Ujjain highway.

Abha is surrounded with reporters who are about the accident. One of the reporters asks Abha whether she held Karan responsible for the accident. Abha rages at the reporters and asserts them for being insensitive about people and their feelings. In anger, Archana asks the reporters to leave.

The nurse calls out to the doctor and informs him that the patient on bed no. 17 is critical. Abha gets apprehensive when she realizes that Jagmohan was on bed no 17.

Tejaswini asks the nurse to check Jagmohan. Just then Abha comes inside the room. The nurse asks Abha to go out of the room.

Concerned about Abha's plight, Tejaswini goes outside the room and pacifies her. Tejaswini states that Jagmohan would be fine. Abha recollects the description which Manav had told her about Tejaswini. Abha tells Tejaswini that Manav was searching for her in the hospital.

Meanwhile, Archana finds Tejaswini's license in the hospital and begins to cry. Manav embraces Archana as she cries in plight. Tejaswini notices Manav from a distance and heads towards him. By now, Manav had left Archana. Tejaswini tells Manav that she was fine and there was nothing to worry about.

Tejaswini is surprised to see Archana in Ujjain. She believes Archana is so concerned about her that she came all the way to Ujjain to see her.

The doctor tells Abha that they have successfully operated Karan; however they have to conduct another major operation after 24 hours.

Before leaving, Manav tells Abha that Karan would be fine.

The doctor tells Abha that she would take her family members home.

Back at Swarn Bhavan, the women folk of the family are excited when they hear the sound of a car. They believe Abha and the other family members are home.

The story takes an interesting turn when Abha arrives home with four dead bodies covered in sheets. The Prasads, Thakurs and Singhanias are left stunned to see the scenario.

One of the nurses at the hospital asks Abha to urgently bring an important injection as it was required for Karan's treatment.

On learning about Tejaswini's accident, Archana and Manav rush to the hospital. They describe Tejaswini's looks to the nurse. The nurse tells the couple that she could not tell whether Tejaswini was admitted in the hospital as a major accident had happened on the highway and the victims were at the same hospital.

Abha goes to purchase the injection however falls short of money. She decides to give her gold bangles to the chemist as she does not have enough money to purchase the injection. The chemist asks Abha to write down her phone number instead of giving him the bangles. He states that he would take the money later from her and gives her the injection.

Back at Swarn Bhavan, Aruna asks Pratibha whether Raj and Lata could perform the puja on behalf of the family. Pratibha agrees with Aruna's suggestion.

In order to inform the family about the accident, Abha calls up on the landline number. Shelly answers the call; however she is unable to hear who is on the other end of the phone. Abha too is unable to inform Shelly about anything. Shelly does not know that Abha is on the other end of the call and disconnects the call.

Just then the nurse informs Abha that the patient on bed no 7 was critical. Abha gets apprehensive as she realizes that Vimal was on that bed. The nurse asks Abha to pay the amount for the operation. She adds that the operation would not be conducted unless Abha paid the amount. Abha gets irritated and starts raging at the nurse

Meanwhile, a doctor tells Archana and Manav that the authorities would display the names of the patients in some time. Archana notices a woman arguing with the nurse. Archana recognizes Abha and goes towards her.

The doctor informs Archana and Manav about the horrific accident that Abha's family had met with. He mentions about Karan's deteriorating condition and the urgent requirement of blood for Karan. Manav tells the doctor that his blood group was similar to that of Karan and hence he would donate blood to Karan.

Archana pacifies Abha and gives her hope to handle the situation. Just then Guruji arrives at the hospital and motivates Abha. He tells Abha that she has to fight with her destiny and save Karan's life.

Guruji tells Abha that within sometime Goddess Durga's puja would begin. He states that she had to bathe the Goddess's idol with water from River Shipra and later decorate the idol. He hands over a clay pot, which has 101 holes, to Abha and tells her that she must collect water in that pot. Guruji adds that Abha must make sure that there is water in the pot when she reaches the temple.

Before leaving, Guruji blesses Archana and states that he was aware of her plight too. He asks her to perform the same procedure which he told Abha and leaves. For the sake of their families' safety, Archana and Abha decide to do what Guruji had asked them to do.
