Late at night, Shail gets worried as Dayal has not yet returned home. She asks Mayank to search for Dayal.

Mayank was about to leave when Dayal arrives. To everyone's surprise, Dayal apologizes to Gunjan for doubting her of having an affair with Mintu. He, however, is angry at Rachna as he still holds her guilty of making friendship with Mintu.

The family gets shocked when Dayal announces that he would get Rachna married after she turns 18 years old. Shail tries to convince Dayal to change his decision. Mayank, Gopal and Prabhu too agree with Shail and try to convince Dayal but fail.

Dayal's sister, Seema and Sangeeta, however, agree with Dayal's decision. After Dayal leaves, Gunjan mocks the trio. She tries to make the family realize that Rachna was innocent and so she should not be punished.

Later Gunjan tries to convince Rachna to oppose Dayal's decision. Rachna, however, refuses to talk to Dayal. Gunjan gets angry and leaves.

Gunjan is worried about Rachna and wishes to help her. Meanwhile Mayank and Dholu arrive and find Gunjan tensed.

Gunjan gets surprised when Mayank apologizes to her.

Shail again tries to convince Dayal to change his decision. She requests Dayal to forgive Rachna as she had accepted her mistake. Shail assures Dayal that Rachna would not misbehave in future. Dayal, however, refuses to give Rachna a second chance.

Shail feels hurt and helpless as she is not able to help Rachna. She wants to build up Rachna's self confidence so that she can fight against the injustice. Dayal, however, refuses to change his decision.
