In the previous episode, Palak practiced her speech in front of the family.

Palak gets happy as the family praises her.

When Palak goes to her room, Maya follow her. She tries to discourage Palak and tells her Aarti had told the family to pretend as if they loved her speech. Maya also tries to make Palak scared by telling her that the audience would make fun of her, if she participates in the competition. Meanwhile, Aarti arrives and overhears their conversation.

Aarti intervenes and stops Maya from discouraging Palak. Aarti tries to motivate Palak but she gets furious at her. Palak not only accuses Aarti of lying to her but also pretending to be concerned about her.

At that time, Yash arrives and convinces Palak that Aarti was trying to help her. He also convinces Palak that she had given a good speech. Yash tells Maya that they should support Aarti in encouraging Palak.

Ansh too wants to win the competition. He is upset as Aarti was ignoring him as she wants Palak to win the competition.

Maya mocks Aarti and questions her whom does she wants to win the competition, Palak or Ansh. Aarti smartly replies that the one who works hard would win the competition.

When Paridi goes to freshen up, Pratik tries to find the letter, which a stranger had sent to Paridi in the restaurant. He gets puzzled when he fails to find the letter in her bag.

Aarti gets tensed that Palak would misunderstand her, if Ansh wins the competition after she writes a speech for him. She shares her worries with Yash. Yash pacifies Aarti and tells her that they should not ignore any of their children. Meanwhile, Ansh arrives and requests Aarti to write a speech for him.

He complains to Yash that Aarti was not ready to write a speech for him as she wants Palak to win the competition. Yash offers to write a speech for Yash and assures to help him win the competition. At that time Maya eavesdrops on their conversation.

Later Maya instigates Palak against Aarti and alleges that Aarti has asked Yash to write a speech for Ansh so that he wins the competition. She reveals to Palak that she would change Ansh's speech written by Yash. She adds that the audience would make fun of Ansh when he gives incorrect speech.

Yash writes a speech for Ansh and keeps it in his bag. Maya was about to sneaks into Ansh's room when she dashes by a flower vase. Aarti hears the noise.
