In order to hide her identity from the world, Varsha had changed her name to Jhumri.  Varsha does not tell Soham's name to Balan, instead tells him that her son's name is Munna.  It is further revealed that Vishnu is none other than Soham.

Varsha is scared as Soham would was to go to Mumbai. She fears that if her family recognizes Soham, they would take her away from her.

Arjun meets Purvi near a roadside eatery stall. He happily tells Purvi that very soon he would earn Rs 10,000 and give it to Archana. Arjun promises Purvi that they would come to eat at the roadside eatery stall even after he wins Archana's challenge. Purvi gets elated when Arjun gifts her glass bangles. Arjun helps Purvi in wearing the bangles.

Vishnu and the members of his gang reach Mumbai. They get apprehensive when they spot Vishnu's sketch on the wall. One of the gang members tells Vishnu that their gang would fall in trouble if anyone in Mumbai recognized him.

Vishnu tears the poster and assures the gang that no one would recognize him as the people in the city would not bother to look at wanted posters.  

Manav calls a celebrity and informs him that they would not celebrate Janmashtami in their chawl as they were celebrating it in the temple. After disconnecting the call, Manav informs Archana that a film star would be coming to celebrate Janmashtami with them.  

Manav feels sad when Ovi behaves badly with Archana. He later tells Archana that it was not possible to tell Ovi and Tejaswini the truth. Archana gets emotional when Manav tells her that it was wrong to blame her for Soham's loss.

Posing as a hawker, Vishnu and his gang members arrive outside Anand Niwas. Vishnu notices Ovi getting down from the chawl. He immediately recognizes Ovi and realizes that there were outside Manav's house.

Manav tells Archana that he does not know why Savita told Ovi and Tejaswini about Soham. Archana asks Manav that if Soham would have been living with them, would they have been separated. Manav is not able to answer the question

Vishnu and his gang members get apprehensive when they spot police entering Manav's chawl.

Archana sadly tells Manav that she cannot tolerate Ovi and Tejaswini holding her responsible for Soham's loss. Their conversation gets interrupted when the police arrive.

The police arrive at the Deshmukh residence and inform Manav that there would be a constable guarding the house. The inspector asks Manav to come to the police station to sign few legal documents.

Ovi, Tejaswini and Savita get apprehensive when they spot Manav going with the police. Manav lies to them and handles the situation.

At that time, Manav receives a call from his secretary. The secretary informs Manav that Japanese Company wanted him to attend a conference. Manav tells the inspector that he would come later to sign the papers.

The inspector informs Manav that Mr Khanna, who wanted to sign a deal with him, was a fraud and his phone number is out of service. The inspector warns Manav to be careful as he could be in disguise.

Vishnu and his gang, who are present in the compound, overhear Manav's conversation.

Later, Vishnu tells his gang members that they would kidnap Manav on Janmashtami.
