In the August 13 (final episode) of Maayka aired on Zee TV, Mahi takes the driver's seat whereas an injured Shabd sits next to her, trying not to fall unconscious.
At one point, Mahi sees Soni in front of her, standing in the middle of the road. Memories of Soni humiliating her time and again flash in her mind.
Seething with anger and hatred, Mahi decides to run over Soni. At the very last moment, inches away from Soni, the car comes to a screeching halt.
Mohini, who witnesses all this from a distance, believes that nothing can separate Mahi and Soni.
Jeet and Shabd's family also reunite with each other and bury their differences.
The serial Maayka thus comes to an end with the character making a new beginning with this last episode.
In the Aug 12 episode of Maayka aired on Zee TV, the young girl accused of bringing ill luck to the village is asked to testify her purity in the presence of Durga Maa. The villagers ask her to place her hand on the flame of a lamp. As soon as the girl does so, the flame extinguishes. The villagers regard this as Maa Durga's verdict in favor of the girl.
This incident changes the attitude of the villagers and they readily accept her into their fold.
Mahi, happy at the turn of events, returns home with the rest of the family. Later in the evening, Shabd returns home unaware of the fact that the police along with Jeet followed him. When he realizes that he may soon be caught, he quickly acts and manages to escape with Mahi and the children.

In the Aug 11 episode of Maayka aired on Zee TV, Khurana tells Durga that he has helped Shabd to establish his business and one day he will again become a successful.
Tayaji and Taiji are invited by the local villagers to attend a puja and also witness how justice is done in the village.
Mahi also takes along the young poor girl with her whom the villagers have labeled as unlucky.
Will Mahi fight the villagers and change their superstitious mind?
