Jodha Akbar : Episode Guide

  • Jodha Akbar - Episode 280 - July 10, 2014 Akbar decides to make a last attempt in stopping the war and proposes to make peace with his enemies. He takes advice from the begums and finally decides to listen to his mother and sends a messenger with the message of peace. Adham Khan and Mahamanga kill the messenger on the way and make plan to send the dead body of the messenger along with a message that will further instigate war. Next day, Akbar gets furious when he sees his dead messenger on the horse along with the message. He gets ready for war and meets all the begums before going for the war.   • Jodha Akbar - Episode 279 - July 9, 2014 Jodha feels unwell while talking with Akbar, but the Jalal feels that she is feeling unwell due to the long hours of traveling and asks her to take rest. Meanwhile, Mahamanga secretly meets Shehnaaz and informs her that Akbar's army has come unprepared for the battle. Shareef-ud-din meanwhile is pleased looking at the empty throne meant for the King and gets greedy as he wants to acquire that position. His lust for power forces him to sit on the throne and seeing this Bakshi Banu asks her husband to leave the throne as it's meant only for the King. But Shareef-ud-din explains to her that its not his greed but his love for her and his child that makes him think of the throne. Meanwhile, Thodarmal is busy getting the ground dug, in order to keep the women safe during the time of war.   • Jodha Akbar - Episode 278 - July 8, 2014 Akbar apologizes to Begum Jodha as she along with all the other begums have to go along with the entire army during the battle, to ensure their safety. The episode takes a turn when Jodha suddenly feels unwell and falls down, after that she begins to vomit. The 'hakim' is immediately called and after the check up the 'hakim' announces that Jodha Begum is pregnant. Jodha Begum and Moti are very excited but Jodha later decides against telling Akbar about her pregnancy as this might stop Akbar from going to the war. Later Akbar and Jodha together try to convince Bakshi Banu to stay back in the kingdom and not join them in the battle as she is pregnant and is getting closer to her delivery time.   • Jodha Akbar - Episode 277 - July 7, 2014 Adgah and Todarmal reveal to Akbar's mother that it is Begum Maha Chuchak who is helping Shehnaaz in her battle against Akbar. They request Akbar's mother to discuss the matter with Akbar. Akbar gets furious when he learns this and declares war on Chuchak Begum and the other armies supporting her. Adgah Khan informs Akbar that their army is small compared to Maha Chuchak's army. But Akbar is sure that the skill their army has will definitely bring them victory. Hakim Mirza, Maha Chuchak's own son decides to support Akbar in this battle against his mother.   • Jodha Akbar - Episode 276 - July 4, 2014 Akbar gets shocked when he learns that various attacks are taking place in different parts of his ruling area, but when he learns that an attack is taking place in Agra itself he rushes towards the place with Adgah Khan and Todarmal. The three of them engage in an intense battle with the enemies and finally defeat them. Adgah requests Akbar to get ready for a battle, but Akbar does not want to battle his own sister Nigaar. Later, Todarmal and Adgah Khan are surprised to learn that Chuchak begum is responsible for the attacks on Akbar.
