In the previous episode, Dulari heard Indira raging at Rishi.
Dulari insults Indira and questions her about her rude behavior towards Rishi. She advises Indira to respect Rishi as he was her husband.
Indira gets furious when she sees Ishaan enjoying skating. The skates were gifted to Ishaan by Dulari on his birthday. Indira asks Ishaan to return the skates to Dulari. She slaps Ishaan hard, when he refuses to return the skates.
Ishaan gets upset and declares that he would never talk to Indira. Indira feels sad and apologizes to Ishaan but he does not pay heed to her.
Dulari sneaks into Sunaina and Munna's room while they are fast asleep. She picks up Seher and takes her out of the house. Dulari stands with Seher outside the house in heavy rains.
Next morning, Sunaina panics when Sehere refuses to open her eyes. Indira realizes that Seher was suffering from high fever. She asks Rishi to call the doctor immediately. Meanwhile, Dulari arrives along with the doctor. Munna who is completely broke wonders how they would pay the doctor's fee. Indira asks Munna not to worry and decides to manage the money. Dulari stops Indira from leaving the house and offers to help them.
After the doctor examines Seher, he informs the family that the child was suffering from pneumonia. He gives a prescription and asks Indira to get the medicines immediately. Dulari pays the doctor's fee ands also gives money to Indira to purchase the medicines. Indira refuses to accept the money. Munna, however, accepts the money.
Munna is about to leave to get the medicines when Dulari asks him to return home soon so that he can drop her to the railway station. Sunaina and Kutumb stop Dulari and tell her not to leave their house as she had helped them to save Seher.
Munna gets furious on learning that Indira had asked Dulari to leave. He asserts that Indira does not earn money and so she had no right to throw Dulari out of the house. Dulari pretends to respect Munna, Sunaina and Kutumb's words and agrees to stay back at Sharma Niwas.
