Indira plans to donate her kidney as she wants to earn money for her family before she dies.

The mother of the patient who needs the kidney thanks Indira for helping them. Indira gets shocked on learning that she would be getting Rs 15 lakh after the transplantation.  

The patient's father questions Indira why did he agree to donate her kidney. He gets shocked on learning that Indira was suffering from brain tumor and may die soon. The patient's father gets furious at the doctor as he had hidden the truth from him. He also refuses to accept Indira's kidney for his son.

The doctor tries to explain to the patient's father that Indira's illness would not affect his son and that the transplantation would be safe. The patient's father, however, refuses to accept Indira's help. Indira tries to convince him but fails.

Munna had taken credit from a goon. When Munna fail to repay the money, the goon warned to take the money from Indira. Munna did not want to trouble Indira as he believed that she was pregnant. He therefore asks his family to perform Indira's post death ritual so that the goon does not create problem for him and Indira.

When Indira returns home, she gets drunks to get rid of the tensions.

Rishi, Sharma family and the neighbors get shocked when they see Indira completely sloshed.
