In the previous episode, Nandini was hit by a car.

In December 27 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Pallavi who has set out to search Nandini rushes to her aid. She is relieved to see Nandini unhurt when she regains conscious.

Nandini who is devastated after knowing about her past tells Pallavi that she does want to live anymore. Pallavi states that she won't let her harm herself as she and Govind love her a lot. Nandini points out to Pallavi that if they loved her, they would have told her about her past. Pallavi pleads Nandini to return home along with her.

Meanwhile, unaware of the tragic turn of events Prem gears up to celebrate Nandini's birthday and makes special arrangements.

When Prem calls for Nandini, Pallavi answers the phone. Prem tells Pallavi that he would reach their place soon to pick up Nandini.

Panicked, Govind calls up Kalyani to tell her that Prem was coming over to pick up Nandini. Kalyani tells Govind that she would try and stop Prem from reaching there.

Kalyani tries to contact Prem but fails. She gets worried thinking that Prem would be aghast after knowing Nandini's past.

Dadi suggests Gautam that they should go ahead with Prapti's engagement with her boyfriend Mayank as soon as possible. However, Kalyani asks Gautam to think twice before making any decision.

Gautam counters saying that if she allowed Prem to marry Nandini as per his wish then she should not oppose Prapti's decision as well.

When Prem reaches Govind's place to pick Nandini, he receives a call from Kalyani. She asks him to come home immediately as Mayank's family was to come at their place to discuss his alliance with Prapti. Kalyani is shocked to see Nandini accompany Prem home. Already perturbed with the shocking revelation of her life, Nandini tells Kalyani that she has decided to reveal about her past to Prem. However, Kalyani requests her to disclose her past only after Prapti's engagement.

In December 24 episode of Dil Se Diya Vachan aired on Zee TV, Kalyani gets agitated on seeing Prapti with her boyfriend when he comes to drop her home.

Kalyani confronts Prapti about him and asks her to give his number so that she can talk to him. However, Prapti refuses to give her boyfriend's number and states that she would not leave him at any cost.

When Pallavi expresses concern about Nandini, Govind tells her that he could not ask Nandini to come over and stay as Prem had made arrangements to celebrate her birthday.

Just then, Nandini arrives. Unaware about Nandini's presence, Pallavi expresses her fear that Nandini would be devastated if she came to know that she was molested at Krishna's wedding.

Nandini is shocked hearing the statement. Pallavi and Govind realize about Nandini's presence only when she jolts a table in a state of shock.

Pallavi and Govind try to calm Nandini. Govind asks her to forget the incident as it was her past. However, Nandini gets furious and states that she never expected they would hide about her past. She further says that she would never be able to trust them again and runs away.

Govind tries to stop Nandini. However, Jayshree stops Govind when she returns to the house along with Sumati. Jayshree tells Govind that she would not let him go until he disclosed what happened.

Govind gets worried when Nandini fails to come back home. He calls Kalyani and informs her about the whole incident. He expresses concern for Nandini and asks Kalyani to inform him if she came back to their place. Meantime, Nandini walks aimlessly in the middle of the road thinking about her past and suddenly is hit by a car.
