In the last episode of Aapki Antara aired on February 18 on Zee TV, Vidya loses every hope of making Abhishek understand the importance of family and decides to move out of her home. Billu is shocked when Vidya tells him about her decision to move.

Vikram too is left speechless when he finds out about Vidya's decision to move out of her house. Vikram says he will have a word with Abhishek to make him realize the importance of relationships. But Vidya forbids Vikram from speaking with Abhishek.

Amongst the mood of gloom, the only person who supports Abhishek is Antara. Antara and her innocence makes Abhishek realize that a family's love and support will always be far more valuable than all the wealth he can earn. Abhishek breaks down and asks Vidya and Antara to forgive him.

Abhishek finally forgets about the hate he has been nursing against Antara for all these years and returns to their home with her. As a parting message, he says that even though it took him long, he has accepted Antara's autism and realized that the world looks different from her perspective.

While spending time together in the park, Billu tries to make Antara understand about Valentine's Day in the February 16 episode of Aapki Antara aired on Zee TV. Antara's autism comes in the way of her understanding Billu's emotions; however, remains hopeful.

Abhishek's attempt to raise money runs into trouble after Kriplani discourages his associates.

Vidya gets nightmares about goons harassing Antara. She is seized with fright when on returning home one day she finds Billu injured. Her fears are misplaced. Billu informs Vidya that he was attacked when he tried to enlighten Antara about Aditya's death.

Billu regrets the prospect of leaving the house. However, Vidya informs him that she doesn't want to live in the house and would like to hand it over to whom it belongs. Abhishek looks on.

Billu tries to convince Abhishek about the folly of his ways in the February 15 episode of Aapki Antara aired on Zee TV. When Abhishekh persists and refuses to understand the pain he was causing, Billu warns he would foil his plans

Billu comes to Vidya with a gang of his friends and assures to protect her and Antara.  When Billu brags he would not shy away from taking on even Abhishek, Vidya slaps him. She scolds Billu and asks him to mend his ways.

Abhishek calls on a doctor and requests him to certify that Antara is mad. When Abhishek persists even after the doctor's refusal, Neetu who arrives at the scene lambasts Abhishek.

Vidya informs Billu that she has decided to offer her house to Abhishek. She agrees to Abhishek's demand to make up for the neglect he had to suffer.

Abhishek returns to Vidya's house. Will he realize his folly?
